Conclusion

The big take away from this challenge was that, we do buy a lot of things that we don't really need and that if we want too we can change that. The reason behind this is impulse buying and marketers are really good at targeting people to want to buy things. This is just a part of everyday life in our culture.

We are constantly shopping, going out to eat and spending money in places that we want too. Marketers' know all of these things about their audience that we wouldn't expect them too. They also know how to use that in their favor, since they want us to buy things! By spending money there is more cash flow throughout the economy and this actually makes our economy healthy. 

There is nothing wrong with buying things that we don't need! It is great to treat yourself for working hard. Although if you're someone who suffers from buyers remorse, meaning you have regret immediately after purchasing a product, you may want to get a better grip on your impulse buying. 

Know your needs, determine your wants and take control of your spending and saving! Having control over your actions will lead you to a happier and healthier life. Just do what works for you!
